Cyberjammies Return Policy?
The Return Policy of Cyberjammies is as follows:
Customers have 28 days from when the order is placed to return the goods. The returns are free and can be done online. To initiate a return, customers need to visit the returns and exchange portal and enter their CJ order number, which can be found in the order confirmation email. They then select the item(s) they would like to return for a refund, exchange, or store credit and provide the reason for the return.
The Store Credit is sent in the form of a Cyberjammies e-voucher that retains value once the order has been received back at the warehouse. This means that customers can use it as many times as they like until the balance reaches a value of 0.
Customers are required to take their repackaged items to their local Post Office for return by Royal Mail. They will then be sent a returns confirmation email containing a QR code or a label to print, whichever they would prefer. If using the QR code, a pre-paid returns label will be printed by the Post Office and attached to the parcel. The customer will then be provided with a tracking receipt.
If a gift is being returned and the customer doesn't want the gifter to be notified, they can select 'Start a Gift Return' and follow the steps to exchange the gift. The gifter won't be notified. The customer will not be charged for the exchanged item, they can switch this for the same item but in a different size or an alternative item. They can use the ‘Exchange for Anything’ feature which is for similar priced items. If an item is of less value, then they’ll be refunded the difference. They'll receive an email with a new tracking confirmation as soon as the new order ships out. Alternatively, they can receive the value back onto one of the online gift vouchers through this portal.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the return to get back. Once the return has been received, it can take up to 2 working days to appear back into the account. It can take up to 5 working days in busier periods.
For international returns, the cost of returns will be covered by the customer and not by the retailer.
